Agent Leadership Council
KELLER WILLIAMS ALC | BUILT FOR AGENTS BY AGENTS
At Keller Williams Realty, because we genuinely believe our associates are the drivers of our success, our Agent Leadership council has a say in how the business is run. ALC members individually vote for what is best for the greater good of the entire company. The ALC acts as the Market Center's "Board of Directors." They are the guardians of the culture. All ALC members enter into a covenant agreement of ALC responsibilities with their Market Center peers. One of the most significant aspects of the Keller Williams Realty model is the Agent Leadership Council
The ALC is the highest honor that can be bestowed on an agent. It is an opportunity for the Market Center's best and brightest to hone their leadership skills and build their business communally. ALC Members receive personal benefits from each area of opportunity in Growth, Productivity, Profitability, and Culture. Leaders created the ALC for leaders to build empowering relationships with other top agents to mastermind reaching their goals. Spending time together creates a bond that inspires cooperation and a collaborative drive to achieve these goals. In addition, ALC members have the opportunity to lead committees and master the art of achieving results through others.

Another role of the agent leadership council is to assist associates in the office. New agents have many questions, and who better to answer them than those who have been there and know how to handle certain situations? Also, since these ALC members are active in selling real estate, they can be shadowed by newer agents. Finally, there's nothing better than watching a seasoned pro generate new business. They are treated as business partners rather than just a number. This gives agents a passion for ensuring Keller Williams is the best place to run a real estate business.
