Program at KW Elite
The KW Elite Preferred Partner Vendor Program is a unique opportunity to engage
with over 225 agents and 2,000 settlements per year at our Market Center
including a number of well attended events of value. We value transparency and
strive for mutually beneficial relationships, and as such, we would like to
outline the details of our program:
Proration Policy: If, for any reason, a participant decides to exit
the program due to a perceived lack of value, we implement a fair and
transparent proration policy. The total fee will be prorated based on the
number of months spent in the program, with a minimum commitment period of
three months. This ensures flexibility and fairness for all parties involved.
Win-Win Relationships: We are committed to creating win-win
relationships with our partners. In the spirit of collaboration, we expect a
commitment to excellence and a dedication to providing outstanding service to
our agents and customers. Should challenges arise that hinder the achievement
of mutual success, we reserve the right to address these issues and, if
necessary, ask for a participant's departure using our proration policy.
