Director of First Impressions

At Keller Williams Elite the Director of First Impressions is an integral part of our growing real estate brokerage. The Director of First Impressions is the face of our office, greeting guests, clients and associates with a warm and genuine smile. The candidate must have a deep desire to help others. The successful candidate will be energetic and a flexible self-starter with a positive, take-charge attitude who enjoys working in a team environment and will make this position their own in order to take our brokerage to the next level.

Front Desk Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Cheerfully and promptly answer all incoming phone calls and welcoming all office guests
  • Checking voicemails regularly as needed and forwarding accordingly
  • Serve as gatekeeper for all solicitors (phone/walk-ins)
  • Receive and sort mail, deliveries and faxes
  • Maintain appearance of office lobby, reception desk area and conference rooms
  • Proficient with e-mail, basic office docs like Word/Google Docs and other related apps
  • Conference room scheduling and appointment management
  • Mac computer experience is helpful. Being computer/tech savvy a plus
  • Help with cross-functional team tasks as needed or requested

Ideally, the Director of First Impressions will benefit with the following traits and experience:

  • A positive, friendly attitude and cheerful personality
  • Must be able to proactively handle challenging people and/or situations
  • Real Estate background or experience helpful, not required
  • An ability to display grace and professionalism and a desire to help others
  • Willing to gain knowledge of and implement Keller Williams Systems and KW Culture
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer file management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments and projects
  • Experience with Canva, social media posts and basic graphic design tasks helpful
