What counts as a request, what’s included, revision policy, and quick examples.

Concierge Retainer Requests

Canva / Graphic Design
  • Listing Graphic Set — 1 Request
    • Just Listed, Just Sold, Open House, Sold, Featured
  • Social Media Post Bundle — 1 Request
    • Up to 3 static feed graphics OR up to 3 story graphics
  • Template Creations — 1 Request
    • Up to 3 editable Canva templates for any occasion/event
Deliverables: Canva link or exported PNG/PDF (based on request)
Not included: Full branding from scratch, logo design, full template vault creation, posting with these templates (you must post yourself)
Google Business
  • Google Business Posts — 1 Request
    • 2x Google Posts per month
  • Monthly Optimization Update — 3 Requests
    • Services, Q+As, photos, etc.
Deliverables: GB posts directly to profile, monthly update sent
Not included: Suspension management, removal guarantees, disputes with Google
Website + Audit Requests
60 Minutes of Edits — 1 Request
  • Single Page Update
  • Landing Page Build
    • 1 landing page using KW Elite template blocks
    • Requires CTA, photos, and purpose
  • Website Audit
    • 1 written audit with 8 fixes + priorities
    • 1 revision included

Social Media Support Requests
  • Content Calendar — 1 Request
    • 2-week calendar (post topics + template recommendations)
  • Profile Updates / Check-Ins — 1 Request
    • Bio + link updates, analytics breakdown, main highlights
  • Light Social Media Management — 4 Requests
    • 1x feed post + 1x story post per week
    • Not included: Daily posting, DM management, comment engagement, daily stories

Retainer Terms & Policies

Retainer Terms
  • Requests do not roll over month to month. If requests are not used in one month, they expire.
  • 1 Request = 1 deliverable type (see request sheet).
  • Revisions count toward requesting limits if exceeding the 1 included round.
  • This is a marketing support service — not a full-time marketing staff replacement.
  • Requests are made directly to the Director of Agent Experience through the form. Requests made outside of the form will not be fulfilled.
Revision Policy
  • ONE revision included per request (unless specifically stated otherwise).
  • A “revision round” = one consolidated set of edits.
  • Additional revisions = additional requests.
Not Included
  • Unlimited graphic design
  • Unlimited revisions
  • Full social media management
  • Daily story posting
  • Engagement/DM management
  • Logo design / complete branding
  • Full website creation
  • Advanced coding / integrations
  • Full paid ads management
  • Print ordering fees / shipping & handling

IMPORTANT: Printing costs, paid ad spend, and 3rd party fees are not included unless stated. Concierge retainers follow these request sheet guidelines.
